Shipping & Returns policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Uniquely Yours Down Under. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.
If you have any questions regarding your order, please Changes to orders are welcome, if it is prior to your order being processed. Once you order has started processing, we are unable to make any changes.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Except for made-to-order items, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
For all made-to-order items, including pen, 3D printed items, Acrylic keyrings and cover minders, cups and t-shirts please allow 14-21 days for your order to be made and processed.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates for Australia
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated on weight and dimensions and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
As our canvases come from China tracking numbers will be made available once canvases have been received by us and we ship via Australia Post.
Letter post rates do not have tracking, but you will receive an email stating your order has been fulfilled.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Uniquely Yours Down Under do our upmost to ensure that all products arrive to you in good condition,
If you received your order damaged, please take the goods and all packaging to your local Australia Post branch. A claim will be lodged, and you will be informed within a few days whether they will issue you a refund or not.
You must then contact us with pictures of the damaged item at support@uniqelyyoursdownunder.com.au
If Australia Post deem the damage was their fault, you will receive a refund from them. You can then reorder the item if you wish.
If they deem that they are not responsible, please let us know. The damaged item must be returned to us for inspection, and we will let you know the outcome.
Except for small quantities of drills all our parcels are sent with tracking. For tracked parcels lost in transit, we will lodge an inquiry with Australia Post. Once they have investigated and deemed the parcel lost, we can arrange the replacement of the item or refund you.
Small items sent via Letter Post do not include tracking, therefore if your parcel is lost, there is nothing we can do. Please do contact us though, as I will do my best to find it, or try and replace it if possible.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Uniquely Yours Down Under is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Packages (International)
Uniquely Yours Down Under does their upmost to ensure that you receive your parcel undamaged. Unfortunately, we have no control if it is damaged in transit.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier, then contact us with pictures of the damaged item.
We will happily replace the item once it has been returned to us. Postage details can be found at the bottom of the page.
For tracked parcels lost in transit, we will lodge an inquiry with Australia Post. Once they have investigated and deemed the parcel lost, we will organize a replacement item.
Small items sent via Letter Post do not include tracking, therefore if your parcel is lost, there is nothing we can do. Please do contact us though, as we will do our best to find it, or try and replace it if possible.
Returns, Refund & Change of Mind Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Change of Mind.
No change-of-mind refunds after seven days.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all change of mind returns.
Shipping
For change of mind items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
